1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Stonies CDN services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Stonies CDN provides content delivery network services, including but not limited to:

Static and dynamic content acceleration
DDoS protection and security services
Edge computing capabilities
Analytics and monitoring tools

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services to:

Distribute malware, viruses, or harmful code
Engage in illegal activities
Infringe on intellectual property rights
Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
Interfere with or disrupt our services

5. Content Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you deliver through our network. We do not monitor content but reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms or applicable law.

6. Payment Terms

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. Overage charges are billed at the end of each billing period. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.

7. Service Level Agreement

We strive to maintain 99.99% uptime. Service credits may be available for qualifying outages. See our SLA documentation for details.

8. Intellectual Property

Stonies CDN and its associated trademarks, logos, and technology are our exclusive property. You retain ownership of your content delivered through our services.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stonies CDN shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Stonies CDN harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services or violation of these terms.

11. Termination

Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. We may suspend or terminate your account immediately for violation of these terms.

12. Modifications

We may modify these terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email or dashboard notification at least 30 days in advance.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of San Francisco, California.
