Starting today, HTTP/3 and QUIC are enabled by default for all Stonies CDN zones. This upgrade brings faster connections, improved reliability, and better performance for your users.
Why HTTP/3?
HTTP/3 uses QUIC, a new transport protocol that provides several advantages over TCP:
- Faster connection establishment (0-RTT)
- Better performance on lossy networks
- Improved multiplexing without head-of-line blocking
- Built-in encryption
Performance Improvements
Our testing shows HTTP/3 delivers 15-30% faster page loads compared to HTTP/2, especially on mobile networks with higher latency and packet loss.
No configuration is required - your zones will automatically negotiate HTTP/3 with supporting browsers.
